Abstract
This Circular is siisued in accordance with the Law of Food safety, and the Government’s Decree No.38/2012/ND-CP detailing a number of articles of the Law of Food safety.
Chapter I and II provide for the general conditions to ensure food safety for food production facilities and food business facilities, including: requirements for facility, requirements for equipments, tools, requirements for person directly performing food business, etc.
