Abstract
This Decree implements provisions of the Law on Food Safety.
The Decree makes provision for the: announcement of regulation conformity or announcement of conformity with regulations on food safety; safety assurance of food with ingredients from genetically modified organisms; grant and revocation of certificates of food safety eligibility for establishments; state inspection of food safety for imported or exported food; food labelling; assignment of responsibilities for state management of food safety; and specialized inspection of food safety.
