Abstract
This Circular provides for methods for measurement, reporting, appraisal of reduction of green house gas (GHG) emissions and GHG inventory in waste management.
The method for sector-level GHG inventory development shall comply with the 2006 IPCC Guidelines for National GHG Inventories and the 2019 Refinement for the 2006 IPCC Guidelines for National GHG Inventories. Emission factors used for sector-level GHG inventory shall be applied according to the list of emission factors announced by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
