Abstract
This Circular stipulates procedures and dossiers for regulation conformity announcement and food safety regulation conformity announcement applicable to packed processed food, food additives, food-processing supporting substances, packaging materials and instruments in direct contact with food.
Organizations and individuals are required to make self-announcement that their products are in conformity with regulations on food safety if technical regulations applicable to announced products are not available.
The Circular also requires individuals/organizations who would like to do their product announcement, to implement product testing at the designated laboratory or independent laboratory prior to application for announcement.
