This Circular replaces: a) Circular No. 12/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated April 8, 2014 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development regulating logos, flags, traditional flags, costumes, fishery inspection card samples and colors Painting ships and fishing boats; b) Circular No. 16/2016/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 10, 2016 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 12/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 08 April 2014 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development regulates logos, flags, traditional flags, costumes, fishery inspection card models and paint colors of fishery inspection ships and boats.
