Abstract
This Circular prescribes and guides the Government’s Decree No. 35/2014/ND-CP of April 29, 2014, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 29/2011/ND-CP of 18 April 2011, providing strategic environmental assessment, environmental impact assessment and environment protection commitment. This Circular applies to state agencies, and domestic and foreign organizations and individuals related to the formulation, appraisal and approval of detailed environmental protection plans; inspection and confirmation of implementation of detailed environmental protection plans; and formulation and registration of simple environmental protection plans.
