Abstract
This Circular provides instructions for clause 3 of Article 8, point a of clause 2 of Article 23, clause 2 of Article 54, clause 3 of Article 55 and clause 3 of Article 65 in the Law on Animal Husbandry.
The Department of Livestock Production shall develop the program framework and approve the period of training in artificial insemination or embryo transfer techniques for buffalo, cows, goats, sheep and horses. Livestock farming entities and persons shall be obliged to register their livestock production business, including livestock breeds and the culture stock, according to Appendix II hereto.
The Circular further provides for the requirements to be satified on minimum safety distances from or between livestock farms, on distance and honeybee flock movement practices.
