Abstract
This Circular guides the financial management regime for the Viet Nam forest protection and development fund that is established under the decision of, and managed by, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (central fund) and for provincial-level forest protection and development funds.
The Circular provides for: financial sources of the funds; funds expenditures; financial management of administration work; conditions for programs, projects or non-project activities to receive support; financial planning; etc.
