Abstract
This Decree provides for the establishment, management and use of Forest Protection and Development Funds.
The Decree provides for the establishment of a central-level Fund and of a Fund at the provincial level, it defines their internal organization and their tasks and powers.
The Decree further provides for: the order of, and procedures for, registering and approving programs, projects or non-project activities that need support from the central Fund; and for responsibilities of State management agencies toward funds.
