Abstract
This Circular is issued in accordance with the Law on Fisheries. The Circular provides for regulations and procedures for sea patrol, inspection, and control of the Fisheries Resources Surveillance Force to enforce laws on fishing and the protection of aquatic resources. Article 14 provides for implementation of inspection and control on fishing vessels.
