Decision 804/QD-TTg establishing the National Steering Committee for the Zero Hunger Program 2016-2025.

This Prime Minister's Decision is made for the establishment of the National Steering Committee for the Action Program "Zero Hunger" in Vietnam for the period 2016 - 2025.
The National Steering Committee-s tasks of assisting the Prime Minister include: 1. Direct the development of the National Action Plan and Program "Zero Hunger" in Vietnam for the period 2016 - 2025, 5-year, annual and ad hoc programs and plans to report to the Prime Minister for approval; 2. Direct, urge, coordinate and harmonize relevant ministries, branches and localities to implement the National Action Program, annual, 5-year and ad hoc plans approved by the Prime Minister; 3. Direct ministries and branches to develop, complete and guide mechanisms and policies related to the National Action Program; 4. Develop a coordination mechanism between ministries, government agencies with Party agencies, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations to mobilize the whole society and the entire political system to implement the National Action Program, 5-year, annual and ad hoc plans; etc.
