These Guidelines for Implementing the National Action Program "Zero Hunger" in Vietnam by 2025 provid for the management and use of state budget funds of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to implement the Zero Hunger Program by 2025, and applies to agencies, units, organizations and individuals managing, using and enjoying state budget funds to implement the Program.
