Decision by the Chairman of the Council of Ministers on policies for the use of bare land, denuded hills, forests, alluvial flats, and water bodies (No. 327/CT).

In accordance with the strategy for socio-economic development of the country, this decision-makes provisions for the formulation and implementation of projects and for the allocation of funds for the following purposes: (a) protection of forests and the environment; (b) utilisation of water bodies, bare land in hilly areas and coastal alluvial flats; (c) production of goods and supply of industrial raw materials; (d) regreening of degraded hills; (e) agricultural development, etc.
