Abstract
This Decision lays down procedures for the registration, packaging, international and internal trade, transport and storage, labelling, and use of plant protection drugs. Plant protection drugs are preparations originating from chemicals, plants, animals, microorganisms, etc. used to prevent and eliminate organisms harmful to plant resources. The Plant Protection Department, units under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and concerned organizations and individuals shall be in charge of implementing this Decision.

This Decision enters into force 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
The Agriculture and Rural Development Minister's Decision No. 145/2002/QD-BNN of 18 December 2002, and Section I, Part II of the Agriculture and Rural Development Minister's Circular No. 75/2000/TT-BNN-KHCN of 17 July 2000 shall be repealed.
