Decree amending Article 7 of Decree No. 160/2013/ND-CP dated November 12, 2013 of the Government on criteria for species identification and species management regime on the list of endangered, precious, and rare species. Priority is given to protection.

This Decree makes amendment to Article 7 of Decree No. 160/2013/ND-CP dated November 12, 2013 of the Government on criteria for species identification and species management regime on the List of endangered precious and rare species prioritized protection as follows: 1. The list of endangered precious and rare species prioritized for protection is specified in Appendix I of this Decree. 2. Every three (03) years or when it is deemed necessary, the Government shall decide to amend and supplement the List of endangered precious and rare species prioritized for protection on the basis of the request of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
