Abstract
This Decree provides for the quarantine of domestic plants and of plants which are imported, exported or in transit in Viet Nam.
The Decree specifies responsibilities of plant owners, plant quarantine agencies, plant quarantine officers and of state agencies, and it lays down plant quarantine procedures. Furthermore, it deals with treatment measures aimed at annihilating pests and foreign harmful organisms.
