Decree No. 98/2011/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of decrees on agriculture.

This Decree amends and supplements a number of articles of different decrees regarding agriculture.
The Decree amends: (a) articles 16, 26 and 31 of Government’s Decree No. 88/2010/ND-CP detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Law on Intellectual Property in relation to conditions to be met by assaying organizations and individuals, assignment of rights to protected plant varieties, and procedures for compulsory licensing of protected plant varieties; (b) articles 26 and 27 of Government’s Decree 02/2007/ND-CP in relation to fumigation practice certificates; (c) articles 1 and 30 of Government’s Decree No. 119/2008/ND-CP in relation to the declaration of quarantine terrestrial animals and products; (d) articles 11, 12, 16-20, 22 and the Appendices of Government’s Decree No. 82/2006 in relation to the registration of breeding farms, rearing farms and establishments for artificial propagation of wild animals and plant species, and to procedures for the grant of CITES licences and certificates; and (e) article 54 of Government’s Decree No. 23/2006/ND-CP in relation to scientific research in forests.
