Decree No. 07/2021/ND-CP on multidimensional poverty criteria in the period of 2021-2025.

This Decree provides for criteria for measuring multidimensional poverty; criteria for poor households, near-poor households, households with average living standards and responsibilities for organizing the implementation of poverty reduction work in the 2021 - 2025 period. It establishes income thresholds for rural and urban areas, along with 12 indicators measuring access to basic social services of healthcare, education, housing, employment, domestic water and sanitation, and information.
