Decree No. 30/2025/ND-CP on amendments to Decree No. 07/2021/ND-CP on multidimensional poverty criteria in the period of 2021-2025.

This Decree No. 30/2025/ND-CP amends the 2021 multidimensional poverty criteria for 2021–2025.
Clause 1 Article 1 shall be amended as follows: “1. This Decree provides for multidimensional poverty measures; criteria for poor households, near poor households, middle-income households; criteria and procedures for review and identification of low-income workers included in the national target program for sustainable poverty reduction in 2021-2025 period and responsibilities for organization of implementation of poverty reduction-related affairs in 2021-2025 period.”. Criteria for identification of low-income workers included in the national target program for sustainable poverty reduction in 2021-2025 period is amended as: A low-income worker is a member of a household (excluding members of poor households and near poor households) that has: - monthly average income per capita of up to 2.250.000 VND in a rural area. - monthly average income per capita of up to 3.000.000 VND in an urban area.
