Abstract
This Decree aim at amending to decrees on penalties for administrative violations against regulations on legislation, plant protection and quarantine, veterinary medicine and animal husbandry.
Amendmnts are made to Article 3, 5, 6, 9, 13, 14, 23, 26, 27, 29, etc. of the Government's Decree No. 35/2019/ND-CP.
Amendmnts are made to Article 4, 5, 25, 30, 34, etc. of the Government's Decree No. 31/2016/ND-CP.
