Abstract
This Decree provides for directions for construction of and schemes to develop hi-tech parks; establishment and expansion of hi-tech parks; operations at hi-tech parks; regulations, policies, and state management of hi-tech parks (including hi-tech parks prescribed in Article 31 of the Law on High Technologies and hi-tech application agricultural parks prescribed in Article 32 of the Law on High Technologies).
