Abstract
This Decree implements a number of articles of Order No. 15/2007/L-CTN promulgating the Chemical Law.
The Decree, among other things, provides for: conditions on chemical production and trade in the industrial sector, in the food and chemical pesticide industry, etc.; the list of chemicals restricted from production or trade and the list of banned chemicals; the list of chemicals for which chemical prevention and response plans are required; safety distances for establishments producing hazardous chemicals; the list of chemicals subject to compulsory declaration; concentration limits for hazardous chemicals; and information on chemicals.
