Decree No. 26/2011/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 108/2008/ND-CP of 7 October 2008 detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Chemical Law.

This Decree amends and supplements a number of articles of Government’s Decree No. 108/2008/ND-CP.
Amendments and supplements have been made: to articles 4-6 on lists of chemicals and hazardous chemicals; to articles 7, 8 and 12 on conditions for production or trading of chemicals subject to conditional production or trading; by inserting a new article 7a on training in chemical safety techniques; by inserting and a new article 7b on dossiers and procedures for agencies in charge of certifying chemical-related incident prevention and response measures; by inserting a new article 7c on the registration of chemical use; to article 13 on safety distances; to article 18 on procedures for chemical declaration; by inserting a new article 18a on certification of chemical safety data sheets for exported chemicals; and to article 20 on responsibilities for elaborating the national chemical list and database.
