Abstract
This Decree amends Decree No. 33/2005/ND-CP detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Ordinance on Animal Health.
Amendments have been made to: article 30 dealing with the declaration of quarantine of terrestrial animals and products; article 31 on declaration of quarantine of aquatic and amphibian animals and products; clause 2 and 4 of article 57 on registration procedures for the circulation of veterinary drugs, bio-preparations, microorganisms and chemicals for veterinary use; and to clause 2 of article 58 by making minor changes.
