Abstract
This Decree No. 12/2024/ND-CP makes amendments to Decree 44/2014/ND-CP of the Government on land prices and Decree No. 10/2023/ND-CP of the Government on amendments to Decrees on guidelines for the Law on Land.
Amendments are made on Article 3, 4, 5, 17 of the Decree No. 44/2014/ND-CP of the Government on land prices. Amendments are further made on Article 1 of the Decree No. 10/2023/ND-CP of the Government on amendments to Decrees on guidelines for the Law on Land.
