Decree No. 10/2023/ND-CP on amendments and supplements to several Articles of Decrees on instructions for implementation of the Law on Land.

Amendments are made to Article 15, 17, 37, 65, 68, etc. of the Decree No. 43/2014/ND-CP dated May 15, 2014, elaborating on the implementation of certain Articles of the Law on Land.
Amendments are further made to Article 16, 18 of Decree No. 44/2014/ND-CP dated May 15, 2014, prescribing land prices.
In addition, amendments are made to Article 1, 4 of the Government's Decree No. 148/2020/ND-CP dated December 18, 2020 on amendments and supplements to a number of Decrees elaborating on implementation of the Law on Land.
