This Decree implements a number of articles of the Law on Product and Good's Quality in relation to: the control of the quality of imported, exported or domestic products and goods; control of the quality of products during the production process; examination of products' and goods' quality and quality controllers; national quality awards; and responsibilities for state control of product and good's quality.
