Abstract
This Decree provides for agricultural and fishery promotion contents, organizations and policies. Agricultural and fishery promotion shall consist of: raising producers awareness of policies, laws, knowledge, skills on science and techniques, management and business; raising production quality and efficiency, contributing to accelerating the process of agricultural and rural industrialization and modernization. Central and local agricultural and fishery promotion organizations are listed in Chapter III. Chapter IV deals with funds for agricultural and fishery promotion.
