Ministers, heads of-ministerial organizations and other organizations of the Government, chairmen of provincial and city People's Committees are responsible for the implementation of agricultural extension activities in the agriculture sector, assisting farmers to extend their production, increase agricultural production, and develop the socio-economic situation in rural areas.
