Law No. 18/2003/QH11 on Cooperatives.

This Law makes provision for the legal structure of cooperatives operating in all sectors of the national economy, for protecting their rights and autonomy, ruling also the services these cooperatives shall provide their members, their registration, management, charter, dissolution and their organization in unions and federations. Policies shall be formulated to provide training, updating, equipment and funds to cooperative, particularly in the field of agriculture.
