Abstract
This Law No. 43/2024/QH15 amends specified provisions of four existing statutes: Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15, Housing Law No. 27/2023/QH15, Law on Real Estate Business No. 29/2023/QH15 and Law on Credit Institutions No. 32/2024/QH15. For the Land Law, the text annuls Resolution No. 132/2020/QH14 from January 1, 2025; adjusts the general entry-into-force provision; and revises conditions and procedures for land allocation or land lease without land use rights auction, including criteria tied to investor selection and conformity with land use plans. Amendments to Housing Law Article 197 and Real Estate Business Law Article 82 set the effective date for those laws. Amendments to the Law on Credit Institutions adjust the effective dates of enumerated clauses in Articles 200 and 210.
