Abstract
This Law is enacted pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to make amendments to some Articles of the Law on Government Organization No. 76/2015/QH13 and Law on Local Government Organization No. 77/2015/QH13.
Amendments to the Law on Government Organization are made on Articles 23, 34, 40, etc. Amendments to the Law on Local Government Organization are made on Articles 4, 7, 11, 13, etc.
