Abstract
This Law No. 60/2020/QH14 amends some articles of the Law on Natural Disaster Management and Law on Flood Control Systems.
Regarding to the Law on Natural Disaster Management, Article 6 Human resources for natural disaster management, Article 9 State budget for natural disaster management, Article 13a Natural disaster management baseline surveys, etc. are amended. Article 39a Science and technology for natural disaster management is added.
Regarding to the Law on Flood Control Systems, Article 3, 25, 28, 42, etc.
