Agricultural Fee Regulation (Order No. 177 of 2021).

Under the authority of Section 1 of the Agricultural Fees Act [CAP 74], the Minister of Agriculture, has issued a regulation outlining definitions and establishing fees for a range of biosecurity and quarantine-related services in Vanuatu. These include permit services, import inspections, treatment services, conveyance clearances for vessels and aircraft, export services for plants and animals, facility accreditation and monitoring, veterinary services, and other miscellaneous services, with all specific fees detailed in accompanying schedules.
