Abstract
This Act allows the Minister responsible for agriculture and livestock to make, by Order, Regulations prescribing fees: for services rendered to private individuals by officers of the department of agriculture and livestock, e.g.: issue of import permits for quarantinable material, issue of export phytosanitary and zoosanitary certificates, inspection, treatment and storage of imported quarantinable material, veterinary clinical services, and meat and animal product inspection services; and for any other service which the Minister may by Order establish.
