Agricultural Fees (Amendment) Act (No. 6 of 2002).

The Long title now reads: “To establish fees and charges for services relating to agriculture and livestock”. The following interpretations are given: Department means the Department responsible for agriculture and livestock. Officer means:(a) any officer of the Department; or (b) any other individual authorized in writing by the Minister to perform the functions of an officer of the Department for the purposes of this Act. Person includes any statutory body, company or association or body of persons corporate or unincorporate.”.
