Co-operative Societies Rules (Cap. 152).

These Regulations implement provisions of the Cooperative Societies Act with respect to applications for registration and registration of societies, appeals against decisions regarding registration, the Register of cooperative Societies, membership, general meetings, the Committee of a cooperative Society, officials, staff, (approval of) loans to members, delivery of products to the cooperative, and financial arrangements. Furthermore they provide for the establishment of the cooperative Development Fund, to be administered by the Registrar and the Co-operative Development Fund Committee.
