Abstract
This Law provides the rules for creation of local government regions, composition and duties of the local government councils, term of office of members, officers and staff. The text further outlines the powers and duties of the council including tasks for water supply and internal trade. The Act further lays out for funding of local governments councils, accounts and audit and decentralization review commission. The Act consists of 9 Parts.
