Food (Control) Act - Penalty Notice Regulation Order 2010 (No. 54 of 2010).

This Order, made by the Minister of Health under the Food (Control) Act 1993, prescribes amounts for penalty notices in relation with various offences committed under the provisions of the Act and set out in Column 2 of the Tables attached to this Order. Offences include the manufacturing or sale of food that is adulterated or otherwise food for human consumption and the unsanitary handling of food.
