Abstract
This Act amends Section 2 of the principal Act by inserting the definitions of the Chairperson of the Land and Titles Court of Appeal and Review, Judge of the Land and Titles Court, and matai services according to Samoan custom and usage. This Act inserts new Part 5A regarding the functions of the Land and Titles Court Commission and appointment of Judges for the Land and Titles Court.

An Act to amend the Land and Titles Act 2020 (“principal Act”) to provide for the appointment, terms and conditions, suspension and removal of judges of the Land and Titles Court and for related purposes.
