Abstract
These Regulations place restrictions on the sale of dry beans produced in or imported into South Africa. No person shall sell dry beans unless they comply with the standards for the classes and grades as defined by these Regulations, are sold according to such defined grades, shall be free of prescribed substances, and are packaged and labelled as prescribed. The Regulations also prescribe sampling and testing methods.
