Amendment to Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations Listing Notice 3 of 2014 (No. R. 324 of 2017).

This Notice of the Minister of Environmental Affairs amends the Environmental impact Assessment Regulations Listing Notice 3 of 2014 by giving a new definition of “phased activities” and “dam” and by repealing a provision (3.3) which stipulates that where Listing Notice 4 applies, an application for environmental authorisation must be submitted for an activity contemplated in that Notice and not for an activity contemplated in this Notice.
