Amendment of Statutory Measures for Sorghum, Winter Cereal, Maize and Oilseeds (No. R. 68 of 2016).

This Statutory Measure amends: the Statutory Measure for records and returns in respect of Maize and Wheat imports and exports; the Statutory Measure for records and returns in respect of Maize, Oilseeds, Sorghum and Winter Cereal; the Statutory Measure for registration of certain persons in respect of Maize, Oilseeds, Sorghum and Winter Cereal by redefining "SAGIS" (the South African Grain Information Service NPC, which acts as administrator for the purpose of the Regulations) and in respect of procedures for returns and applications.
