Establishment of statutory measure - records and returns in respect of maize, oilseeds, sorghum and winter cereal (No. R. 606 of 2008).

This Statutory Measure invites importers, exporters and processors of grain or oilseeds to keep records and furnish returns to the South African Grain Information Service (SAGIS). The Statutory Measure is necessary in order to ensure that market information in respect of grain and oilseeds is made available for all role-players in the relevant industry.
