Amendments to the List of activities which result in atmospheric emissions which have or may have a significant detrimental effect on the environment, including health, social conditions, economic conditions, ecological conditions or cultural heritage (No. 551 of 2015).

This Notice of the Minister of Environmental Affairs, made under section 21(1)(b) of the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004, amends the list of activities for purposes of this section and associated minimum emission standards. Additional requirements under subcategory shall continue to apply even after the waste ceases to be waste in terms of section 1 of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, as amended by the National Environmental Management: Waste Amendment Act, 2014.
