Abstract
This Notice of the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs and made under section 21(1)(b) of the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004 establishes the list of activities for purposes of this section and associated minimum emission standards. It also contains some rules concerning emission measurement and analysis methods, time allowed for compliance and monitoring of compliance.
