Abstract
These Regulations amend the Marine Living Resources Regulations in regulation 51 and in Annexure 2 in relation with recreational fishing,for west coast rock lobster. Annexure 2 lists closed seasons and time restrictions for specified species. The list is amended in item 7 (West Coast Rock Lobster) by specifying a new closed season for fishing with a recreational permit and for fishing with a subsistence permit.
