National Exemption Regulations, 2014 (No. R. 994 of 2014).

These Regulations regulate the process contemplated in section 24M (3) of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 relating to the lodging and processing of an application for exemption in terms of the Act and review of such exemption. Regulation 24(3) concerns the investigation, assessment and communication of the potential impact of activities.
