Abstract
These Regulations regulate procedures and criteria as contemplated in Chapter 5 of the National Environmental Management Act for the submission, processing, consideration and decision of applications for environmental authorization of activities and for related matters.
The Regulations make provision with respect to applications for (amendment of) an environmental authorization and the related public hearing process.
