Abstract
Section 18 of the National Parks Act,1976, is hereby amended by the insertion after 5 subsection (2) of the following subsection: “(2A) Upon the winding-up or liquidation of the board it shall donate or transfer its remaining assets, after the satisfaction of its liabilities, to some other society, association or organization with objects similar to its own.”. Section 18 concerns exemption from taxes, duties and fees, and duty to obtain certain licences.
